Prior to joining CFG in 2006, Vivian worked for one of Canada's largest insurance companies as a senior service rep and has worked in the Employee Benefits field for over 23 years. Vivian works as part of the client care team at CFG providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member enquiries and also as an in house financial analyst. Vivian is well versed in all aspects of benefits administration, contract interpretation, legislation and compliance. Vivian is also involved with client plan administrator training. Vivian has a Bachelor’s degree in English and holds an industry designation in Insurance Agency Administration and Customer Service.
