Customer Service Coordinator

Prior to joining CFG in 2002, Gale worked for two of Canada's largest insurance companies as a customer service coordinator for 17 years and has worked in the Employee Benefits and Pension field for over 26 years. Gale works as part of the client care team at CFG providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member enquiries. Gale is well versed in all aspects of benefits administration, contract interpretation, legislation and compliance. Gale works with all of the consultants to put plans out to market. She is responsible for the collection and formulation of marketing documentation, including preparing specifications and market reports.
