Prior to joining CFG in 2011, Angela worked for two of Canada's largest insurance companies as a customer service coordinator for 16 years prior to joining CFG. Angela works as part of the client care team at CFG providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member enquiries. Angela has a strong focus on managing our third party administration and group insurance clients. Angela is well versed in all aspects of benefits administration, contract interpretation, legislation and compliance.
