Michael is a partner at the Carleton Financial Group. He has specialized in providing business owners and executives with advice on the management of their employee benefits programs and personal estate plans since 2001.

Prior to joining the Carleton Financial Group, Michael was a benefit consultant with a national life insurance company, and a regional employee benefit manager with a national bank.

Michael holds the following designations:

Michael has a history of involvement in the Ottawa community including the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovations, Junior Entrepreneurship program. Michael currently sits on an advisory board for one of the leading insurance underwriters in Canada and is a good standing member of Advocis. Michael is currently completing his CEBS ( Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)
