Dave Dickinson co-founded the Carleton Financial Group in 1998. He has specialized in providing business owners and executives with advice on the management of their employee benefit programs and personal estate and retirement plans since 1985.

Prior to founding the Carleton Financial Group, Dave was a senior benefit and pension consultant with a national life insurance company.

Dave holds the following designations:

Dave is an active member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Consultants and a past Director of the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
