Bob Meldrum co-founded the Carleton Financial Group in 1998. He has specialized in providing business owners and executives with advice on the management of their employee benefit programs and personal estate and retirement plans since 1969.

Prior to founding the Carleton Financial Group, Bob was a senior benefit and pension consultant with a national life insurance company.

Bob holds the following designations:

• Chartered Life Underwriter
• Chartered Financial Consultant

Bob has a long history of volunteer involvement in the sport of skiing and is a past president of the North American Ski Journalists Association.
